Beautiful pictures, Kim! I remember well seeing pillows being aired out in open windows when we were over there:-) Our German friends always seemed to keep their homes very clean. I hope you’re all settling in comfortably.
I found your blog awhile ago, and lurk periodically. You’ve been taking me back to my childhood lately as I lived in Germany for 5 years as an army kid. We lived outside of Frankfurt and outside of Kaiserslaugtern. I love that you have done this. My dream is for my husband to join a company that works oversees and we can all go (I teach). Keep posting, and I’ll keep pining away.
